Allotment of plots shall be made by draw of lots in case the number of applicants exceed the number of available plots on first come first basis if the number of applicants will be less than the number of plots.
Note:-Issuance of letter of intent/drawal of leased deed will not debar the housing board from cancellation of the plot ,if it is found at some stage that misrepresentation of facts or perjury has been committed for seeking the allotment of plot in the said colony ,besides, the Managing Director, J&K Housing Board reserves the right to initiate the legal proceedings against such applicants /allottees.
Mode of payments are fixed at the time of issuances of demand notices for particular assets.
The registration amount in favor of unsuccessful applicants shall be refunded within 90 days of finalization of allotment without any interest.
